The VAAT method was born in the Experimental Neuroaesthetics Laboratory of the Medicina dei Sistemi Department - University of Rome "Tor Vergata", to improve medical skills of graduate and postgraduate students of the Postgraduate School of Neuroscience. It is based on the guided observation of the works of art and the use of neurodesigned audio tracks that exploit the binaural beat, to bring the brain function into a state of calm and concentration. The program is structured on a total of n. 5 meetings with an interval of two weeks for each session. Progress is assessed using standardized tests.
